Nighmare own my street! ;)

Post by XcaliburFX »

Yup, my Nightmare 335 finally arrived today. Looks awesome with my Black Eagle Arrows Crested Executioners. Going to most likely add the Twilight DLX pictured to my Matrix 355 and put the Tact-Zone on the Nightmare.

Now, to start my string collection for the Nightmare, and have some fun. :)

...Way to go Vic...another smart man came over to the "dark side" 8) ...is it not the most beautiful finish you have ever seen on a crossbow....

...I have a couple of thoughts...hopefully you were appropriately dressed upon opening the box and assembling the crossbow...dark sunglasses and a black leather jacket! ( only a proper attire for the best crossbow out there!  ), and

... PLEASE reconsider the tactzone on that beauty....all that beautiful and unbridled power should be adorned with something more befitting of it's name...
but of course it is your choice...

Good luck with your choice...remember to wear the seat belts that came with the package otherwise you could be thrown from your ride when the.....Nightmare 335 8) ....unleashes its "raw, dark power.....

....be safe.....

Without doubt the nicest looking bow I have seen come out in a long time.

Well, a specific Micro cocking device would be nice... I do find it a bit stressful on the back. Only thing not perfect about the bow, otherwise I love my Nightmare :D
I'm considering the C2 crank but it's not cheap and seems like a hassle to carry around.

Also lots of swords if the arrow doesn't finish the job :D

Define appropriately dressed = just my Batman underwear

As for the Tact-zone, I used it all season last year on the 355 and had no issues with it, plus I like the lighted reticle scopes. And, since I do have a brand new (never out of the box) Twilight DLX and Anti Dry fire for the 355 already on hand, I'll most likely just swap them out. Besides I doubt I can get my money back on the Twilight or trade it in for an upgrade at this point.

Thanks Keith, i have been giving my string color combos, for both my Matrix 355 and the Nightmare 335 a lot of thought myself.

Hey my friend I am happy for you. That thing looks like a killer!
Speaking from experience you have made a wise decision to use the Twilight DLX. The one on my 405 has been flawless. Now show us some pics of bulls eyes.
I'd rather be shooting my Excalibur.
