No problems logging on but takes forever to load different pages. Sometimes I just give up and shut the compy down. Seems to be this site and when I'm trying to log on to OOD.

If you have to keep logging in, then your browser is not remembering your information.
If you clear all cookies and browsing history, then you will have to log in each and every time after doing so.
In windows operating systems there are settings for levels of security.
I'm not familiar with the Mac.

I don't use any of the free antivirus solutions that are out there.
Some of these are not enough because today you need a true firewall and that you won't get for free.

Some of your internet providers may be at fault or equipment.
Modems and routers can and do go bad with age.

If you really think it's at Excalibur's end then message Peter instead of posting on here.

Like I said, I have no issues and never have even though I'm on a dial network out here in the country.
I also understand it can be frustrating at times.
When a technician told me my first computer had died, I took a hammer to it and it felt oh so good.

PS. Anyone still using Windows XP should also be aware the Microsoft no longer supports that operating system.

The site comes up slow on my phone but comes up, but when I try to get on with my home computer using firefox, i get a Jordan site.

This didn't happen until yesterday so I think Excal has a problem on their end.

We have been having issues with our website getting hacked on a regular basis. We are working on measures to fix the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Works well on home computer in Windows 7. However, yesterday using the IPAD,when I clicked on the site address a Nike ad came up. So someone hijacked the web address or somehow modified the address to look like the excal one but actually be a Nike one.

I will never buy a Nike product. I resolved not to a long time ago based on poorly made overpriced products made overseas in slave labor conditions. This hijack of the Excal site just makes my decision to not buy Nike seem so much better.

I was having issues on all site a redirect virus made its way in. You might want to check your pc or laptop for one. Remember that antivirus doesnt get rid of all viruses. From my research the redirect virus attaches itself deep into the operating system so manual remove may be your only option. :D
