Micro Fever

Post by wildcatter »

I tried and tried but yee of little willpower couldn't hold off any longer,,,, have a Micro Hybrid on the way, I wanted to wait till they released the new models but figured I would justify it by getting a Nightmare since I have never had a black bow. Well I took it a step further and not just got the Nightmare, this one will be a hybrid!!!! I can't wait. The recurve fever goes on and on, while others settle for imitations,,,,,,

....as a service to my fellow forum members...I provide counseling for you free of charge...but counseling for this sickness is the same as drinking and over usage of debt....the first thing you must do is cut all ties that cause the sickness...this will entail you mailing me all of your Excaliburs...I will store them for you free of charge until I deem that you are free from this dreaded Excaliburitus disease....but just to let you know you could be in therapy for a long, long, long time....

Well I got it today, I was standing in the river kill'n the Walleye when the wife called and said,,,,your bow came, I thought you would like to know!!! So that was it I already had my limit and decided to head home and see what it was like. I am happier than I expected to be. I bought it used and new it had a couple small blemishes but didn't care. I was going to just keep it like it was bit I like it so much I'm gonna send it in and have it fixed. I want it perfect, since to me it is the perfect bow.

I shot some Spynal Tapps I built the other day for it, they are 16.5" long and W/100 points weigh 390 grn, with 2% offset Blazers. I shot a 5 shot string and got 325.2 fps, w/ an extreme spread of .7 fps. I put the Burris fastfire on it and thats what it will be using for sights, it is perfect!!! and with the fastfire it has a total weight of 6.9 lbs. how swwweeeeett!!! I see more Micro's in my future!!! I love this bow!
