Tact-zone scope problems

I bought the matrix 355 about 2 months ago and havent shot it till now. But when i was sighting it in, all the shots were sporadic. Sometimes they would be farely close sometimes they would fly into the dirt with minor windage adjustments. My elevation seems perfect but left to right seems like its all over. Can anyone tell me what to do or whats wrong?
