Where is the best place to buy 18" zombie Slayers Bolts. I need 18' and most on Line are 20 or 22" I would like to have them cut to length and I shoot a 92 grain brass insert.

Anyone that build arrows will cut them to your desired length. Most you see online are factory built at standard lengths.
X2 on Jerry from Southshore he's a great guy and knows all things arrows.
There are also a few here that will build you what you want and more.
