I just want to say thanks to Excalibur for their customer service.
At my Tact Zone I could not unscrew battery cap. I bought this scope last fall.
It brought me 2 deer so far. Today I found by my doors brand new one!
It was 4 days turn around service!
Super, thanks again. I will use to take in September my next black bear.
