Did Excalibur make an Ibex model with a medal rail? If so when did they change to SMF version .

I bought my first Excalibur late 2012, Ibex SMF. It was the plastic rail before then. My guess is 2011, or 2012.

I have a metal rail one bought in Australia in 2013. I don't know what its actual year of manufacture is, however.

Ibex alum. mainframe may go back to 2006, i think.
