Just got a phone call.....
I will be receiving a complete Dr Stirrup kit free of charge.

Might have something to do with the email I sent them asking if I could try out some of their new products.

I did as well yesterday afternoon. gaston said should ship out to me tomorrow and receive it later this week UPS. perfect timing for hunting season. I told him I'd bring my bow to a couple of local dealers to show them his products.

....I can tell you folk....after being a lucky recipient at Boofest of 2 setups (335 and 380) from DrStirrup (Gaston) I can now finally say I really like the heck out of them...

....I know a few of the guys did not take to it but for me I find it; well is just what the Dr. ordered!...I find the stirrup portion (once you get used to it) is better for me!....I like the fact that you cannot shoot into your foot and the two foot approach works better for me....I find that the rope cocker is easier on my back and arms and the silencers are sweet and really do help noticeably quiet the bow...for those of you shooting a naked 380 (as my son Christoper is...and oh by the way he shot the biggest buck last year

) the sound difference is night and day....

....I am very pleased and thankful with what I have received and wish Gaston....nothing but the best!

I also received a ph. call Friday morning from DrStirrup. Gaston stated he would send me one. I asked how much (knowing I could not afford one at this time) and he said it would be free. I almost had a heart malfunction. Thought someone on this forum was messing with me. He assured me he was sending it this week. What a conversation we had. I wasn't wearing my hearing aids. Sorry Gaston.

I think that if you like the Dr Stirrup products, then it would only be highly appropriate to take your Excal to various archery shops and demonstrate his product, as mentioned above by another poster. And tout his product on AT(CT) and this board. What he's doing is just enhancing Excal ownership.

that's what I told him I would do for him after he offered to send it to me to try out for free. we have a few shops around me that sell Excalibur bows and i'll take my 380 blackout with all the bells and whistles from gaston and show it off. the only reason I emailed him was because his website isn't up and running yet and I need new bumpers so I asked him if I could purchase over the phone. I wasn't asking for a handout and was willing to pay whatever they cost but to my surprise he called sunday afternoon and while I was on the phone I asked my wife to get my credit card out (as she rolled her eyes.......) then gaston offered to send a whole kit out to me. and I appreciate it gaston. once I get the rest of the kit here and installed I may have to send a pic to someone that knows how to post pics for me and a review of course.

IMO DrStirrup products will Enhance the/your Excalibur Crossbows.

I just have to say that I've never seen a forum like this. A forum that is kind, supportive, extremely knowledgeable and willing to share, as well as willing to help other people out in such a way of "Passing it on".

This forum truly emphasizes, whether realized or not, a great deal of Christian values through kindness and love of one another that every other forum I've ever been a member of severely lacked.

I was reluctant at first, but I am extremely grateful that I joined this forum.
