First time using warranty

Post by Lugnut »

My first time dealing with Excalibur for a warranty issue was an absolute pleasure. One of my rubber pads on my new set of air brakes fell off. I guess a bad glue joint. A new one is on the way along with a bunch of new Allen head screws that I stripped out.
I'm just glad I saw it missing before I pulled the trigger.
It's also worth mentioning since there has been a lot of talk recently about failing limbs.
I have close to 1000 shots on my matrix 405 and have not had a single issue. Except that I need a new target!!!
