Bill t's Target

Post by confederate »

I noticed on another post that Bill T. stated that he sold a foam block target that works well. Does anyone have one of these? Will they stop broadheads?

RichardS, you're correct on both counts;the YHMS is a great target and not for broadheads. However, if my memory serves me, I believe Bill T. also has the block foam target suitable for broadheads. I personally never owned or used one, but from what I heard, like all the other products Excalibur makes or recommends, it works great.

Confederate, I have a foam block target, but not from Bill t. It is high density, has no markings on it (I attach a paper target), and yes it stops broadheads dead in there tracks. I shot an exocet. the arrows only go about half way up the shaft. Hope this helps :D

The styrofoam cube that Excalibur makes works great for broadheads. Our group (3 guys) usually gets 2 years from one before we replace it. Two years of broadheads for around $40 is pretty good.
