405 Mega Arrow Length

Pulled the trigger and ordered a Mega 405, I have Black Eagle Zombies that are 20 inch's long I was planning on cutting down to 18 inches. How long of a arrow is everyone running in there setups, also finished weight would be nice to know as well?

I am adding up my arrow weight at 18 inches I will be around 431gr with the FOC seems that if I go with the alum insert I will shed 50gr and be at 381gr seems that 381gr will be pretty light but not sure at this point.
