Bushnell customer service, great.

Post by hockeyfodder »

I just had a great customer experience with Bushell.
I had an old set of 8 power binos with the twist/pop up eye cups.
While tracking a deer last season through heavy bush one of the pop up eye
cups popped off in heavy slash.
I looked for it but couldn't find it and I dearly love those binoculars.
I sent them in a week and a half ago.
I got home today to find a brand new set of Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 8X36 sitting at the front door.
Add Bushnell to a short list of companies (obviously Excalibur leads the list) that really know how to look after their customers. :D :D :D

I had the same experience a few years back. My Legends fell off of the washer and the inside glass was off. I sent them in, they said $70, I paid it, and found a brand new pair of HD's on the porch. It was great.

I just wish that they would've let me know that they were replacing them instead of just fixing them. I'd have paid a little more for the camo 10×32's.

But they are amazing.

Now then, get your equipment, your quiver and bow, and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

Glad to see their customer service is back on track again, they had a rough patch for a while.
