Was the sound i heard as the arrow hit an Ontario slow whitetail.
Sitting in the same stand yesterday afternoon that i shot my doe, a perfect wind. Bugger came from directly down wind basically under my stand. I let him walk into the creek and let it fly. Glanced off his spine took out both lungs. Dead before i could get my rope cocker out.
Early end to my season this year.
