Loose Slick Tricks

Post by ninepointer »

I've been using Slick Tricks for years and will continue to do so, as I find them very accurate and the four cutting edges to be deadly. However, yesterday I noticed that the blades on some of my heads are loose. I can wiggle the blades with my fingers and if I shake the assembled arrow, it rattles. This was a new package purchased 3-4 years ago, but just opened yesterday.

Its as if the washer is not able to adequately snug up the blades, or the machining of the blades versus the inside of the ferrule is too loose. Has anyone else here experienced loose blades on their Slick Tricks?

I had the same problem about 3yrs ago. It was driving me crazy. I contacted them and they sent me new washers and a pack of 3 new broadheads.
