I'd say if he used a COC head and backed up a bit further (so vert bow arrow was a bit more stable) he'd put both BHs into the dummy every time. Dummy has a nice tattoo as well.. :D

Wash.DC tested their BPV yrs 40yrs ago, they've come a long ways sense then they would stop a 44mag but not knife or coc arrow
