OT: Big Interview Today

Post by TheBig1 »

Wish me luck folks, I have a big interview today for Supervisor.

I plan on going in there, answering their questions to the best of my knowledge and ability as well as TELLING them in the end as to why I AM their best choice for Supervisor. I plan on owning the room and setting the standard to beat.

Well it's good that my Supervisory position is still union.

That is good too.I was non -union as supervisor and union president before I became supervisor..Without a supervisor union they treated me very badly because I felt no one needs fired that I cannot chandle MYSELF..tHEY SAID sproulman fire them or we are putting you on 3rd shift with wed off..No union to help me ..They did not need fired they needed honest talk which I did and almost all turned things around but when they said FIRE THEM OR YOUR FIRED,i RETIRED....

That's unfortunate that people and places have to be that way. Where I work, it's almost impossible to get fired under a union. You would have to do something extremely drastic and darn near against the law to get fired.
