Add my voice to the many who say "keep doing what you are doing". With people like the poster on the other forum - their ignorance is exceeded only by their stupidity! Keep up the good, selfless and generous things that you and your wife are doing. You have a small army here that have your back

....Having played an active role in the 2015 Boofest raffles I can tell you from first hand experience that there is not one any more caring, giving and honest as the day is long....than Boo (Don)!

....For those of you who have not experienced a Boofest, you have NO CLUE about what it takes, both from a time point of view, but also an expense point of view....this man just gives and gives....

....for anyone to have the audacity to even imply that Don is making money on anything he does related to this charity is sorely mistaken and let me add is a low life....

....I know the amount of money that was raised through the auctions leading up to the main event....somehow, and I stress "somehow" the amount of money that was ultimately raised exceeded all expectations....

.....I hope to play a roll this year, a little more from the distance....why, because it took a lot out of me....including some negativities....but to see Makena on Saturday....and seeing grown men and women cry made it all the worthwhile....this, and only this is what motivates Don and Karin to do what they do! It is an honor to call them friends!

Friends, Forumers and Countrymen, lend me your ears;
I've come to say:

Altruism, is it ....to be or not to be, that is the question.
Whether it be nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous doubters, whilst taking arms against the plight of others. And by opposing, end them. Ah that is the rub. :?

To that question, the answer is transparent to those with a charitable heart.

To others, the question remains: Who knows what evil lurks in the heart of men? ..........."Only the shadow knows!"

Lou, this is truly cryptic. I do not believe many will understand what the Dell you are talking about!
I think the word weed was a Freudian slip

Don to those that know you and of you, there is no doubt where your altruistic heart lies. What others think is of little consequence.

As for the Julius Caesar/Hamlet paraphrased soliloquies, that was strictly for amusement, while stating the obvious.

As for the Shadow..not a Freudian slip.

..even though was written much later than Shakespeare's works, it was still before your and my time. So I don't expect many to know of it, unless they Google.

Mugwamp I ?

Not a chance, I know on which side of the fence I reside. Then again I must admit, when it come to independence, I believe...."one is best serviced, one who serve oneself."

..or should I quote: A politically un-enslaved man. A man with high, definite principles. A man who does not ask for office; nor accept office. A man who votes for the best man, regardless of his party name.

Furthmore, there is also a slangy sense — less known these days, I believe — of a person who has been persuaded by his possession of a minor official position into a sense of self-importance, often becoming obnoxious as a result.

As such the question is "to be or not to be" a MUGWAMP.

I donated to our new led school sign ,I raised money over 10,000 just for sign.Worked year on it and had some of area try to make sure it did not happen..Then 3 of those NUTS
had their picture taken in front of sign and they left me and about 30 others out of pic..then say SPROULMAN IS LOADED ,HE IS RICH because he donated to sign and gave money to fix roof of lady who husband died and she is living on 12,000 per year..I even had guy hit my hand while playing lotto ticket and said,YOU DO NOT NEED THAT MONEY..So I know all about people and there are nuts out there that will destroy any good you do ...They are really ones with money but are ONLY interested in getting their picture in paper and donating nothing...My pension is 18,500 a year most I made was 36,000 working
and those NUTS pensions, dont laugh are 100,000 to 140,000 they do not donate knickle...

Don.

Don't know about the "other forum", and don't care.

Don't know about the wimp in question, and don't care.

As far as transparency goes, I suspect you could look in one of his ears and see light coming in from the other.

I did take the time to read Kieara's personal blog and I must say you picked a good one to help through Boofest.

Can't wait to be a part of it.

You guys stand tall.
