It only allows you to vote once. Voting again REMOVES your vote so is counterproductive!
I like that, as there isn't really a way to Load votes up over & over!

I have a number of accounts that I use when I sign up for things and I don't want to be bombarded with spam etc on my home account.

I don't think it runs or works with an Email address.
Rather it is the IP Address it monitors for voting purposes.
This is reasonably evident in that you do not have to enter an Email address.
That, and none of my Buddies have received any spam whatsoever from Wide Open Spaces since voting.
