Slicktrick 1st impression

Post by bowmajik »

I just picked up some 125gn slicktrick magnums f9r spring bear! I jumped on the band wagon hearing nothing but good reviews. Straight out of the package I was impressed with how sharp the blades were and how sharp they looked on my zombie slayers! Now hopefully I get a big bruin at my bait to present me a picturesque broadside shot

Hopefully you will try them out on a target first. Good luck on the bear hunt.

They are an awesome broadhead that make a bigger hole than they have any business making. They do fly great but it is VERY IMPORTANT to actually test them BEFORE hunting with them. You may have a change in point of impact from your field points. This is actually true for any broadheads.

I shot them for years and Killed my first and only bear with them with a 40 yard easy recovery. I've killed a lot of animals with them. I switched to the 125 gr. Grizztricks a couple of years ago because they cut and even bigger hole with very good accuracy. Good luck and I hope you get a bear with them.

I've been using them for 10 years. They are simple so there is noting to fail and they work flawlessly. Good luck with them.
