Gaston (Dr. Stirrup) You're The Man

Post by TheBig1 »

Just got an email from Dr. Stirrup, he's developed a stirrup for ALL Excalibur crossbows. I cannot wait to finally get one for my Grizzly.

Thanks Gaston!

....He truly is a wonderful person Chad....maybe next year we can plan on getting up to Boofest so you can meet him!

Anthony :)

PS: I could not begin to tell you the wonderful things he has done and how happy I am with his entire set up...I will not go in the field without a DrStirrup setup on my Excalibur(s)!

....for those of you still on the fence regarding whether the DrStirrup setup is right for you...whether the complete system or parts of it...he has some video's on his website staring none other than "Le Grande Orange;" Gaston himself...even though I use and love the system (have or will have it on all of my CB's) I learned some things by watching his video's, especially on the 4x4 kocker...

Thanks for the heads up!

I have everything except the 4x4 cocker. I had bought a package online that advertised the "complete set-up" but it did not have the 4x4 cocker in it.

Regardless of that, I have installed the Stirrup, bumpers and vibration dampeners and am amazed at how well they all work together. My 350LE used to make a twangy sound, now it is a more subdued thwack and I feel the recoil far less than I did before.

For all my worries about if it would be worth the $$$, I have to say that YES it is, after using it.
