Widow Maker 350SE
Seems to be very easy to rope cock. I am goin to put the Nikon XR Bolt Scope i bought from excaliber on her. I am waitin on Guardian ADF to arrive, i have made a Mtn berry /pink string fer her to wear. Wid that attire she should attract many a tick toter on into killin range this Fall
Re: Widow Maker 350SE
I can't see much of felt cocking effort between my 330 and my 350. Our deer/turkey archery season opens tomorrow. Weather people are calling for 62 degrees in the city tomorrow morning so it will be in the high 50s at my place. Be taking the 350 out for its first hunt.

Sounds like a good setup Mike.
Good Luck Possum, nice getting out there early on!

I love the feel of the 200# Vortex and think the new M350 SE (with its destressed limb mounting) may well be the new Vortex. I bet it'll be a good match of smoothness, easy cocking and accuracy. Though the new limb mounting reduces speed, the benefits likely outweigh that loss.
Now, you just need to find a really good string for it!

The FOC is rarely a bad choice: maybe never.

Re: Widow Maker 350SE
How does the Nikon Bolt work out on the 350SE? I just picked up a 350 and was thinking of this exact setup. Nikon's spot on shows the dots as 20, 30, 45...
Does this make a good match?

Re: Widow Maker 350SE
Nikon Xhair at 20 lil open circles at 30-40-50.The Xhair at 20 is decent fer early mornin huntin. The open circles is no early as you can't see them well enuff to get a good aim ptQuintehunter wrote:How does the Nikon Bolt work out on the 350SE? Re: Widow Maker 350SE
I can't add anything on the aiming points, as I don't use them. But what I can say is the Nikon Bolt is worth its weight in just the light gathering characteristics over the factory offering . Night and day. No pun intended.

Re: Widow Maker 350SE
I already have the Nikon Bolt on my Grizzly, but was mostly wondering how it would be on a faster bow like the 350SE I just bought. Nikon's Spot On shows that the aim points will be 20 - 30 and 45 for the first 3...

Re: Widow Maker 350SE
Depends on the arrow weight
Re: Widow Maker 350SE
How would I know if my bow has the new distressed limb mounting? ThanksSEW wrote:I love the feel of the 200# Vortex and think the new M350 SE (with its destressed limb mounting) may well be the new Vortex.
