Okay so the dreaded micro limb crack happened to my 335 after hundreds of shots. I got online and got an RMA, easy peasy. Put my broken limb set in a padded envelope and sent them off to the nearest warranty station as directed - Woody's Sporting Goods in PA. It took 2 days to get there, they shipped out new limbs to me the same day, two dsys back to me. Less than a week turnaround.
Hats off to Woodys and Excalibur for the fantastic customer service. That's why I shoot only the best crossbow ...Excalibur!!

People have bashed woodys on the forum before but i have experienced great quality and fast service from them . I always dealt with tom never a bad attitude or anything always a great guy. I always order my 2219s from em ...They call me the alluminum arrow guy ....I guess im a dinosaur.

i used Woodys on my micro 335 limbs and had new ones back quick.now my second set has 5 inch splits in finish both sides on inside boy did it snap when the finish bro ..will live with that problem to see what happens to limbs good way to test it..
