Well i was mindin my own bidness fer close to 2 hrs since the dawn light had shown. We were over to the lease n the woman who owns the land came out in the dark when we pulled up. She was talkin to me n my Mrs. fer jus abit as i was gettin ready to go to my ladder stand. She said kill anything but a spottys. She said she had our land owner permits n get to it. I got into the stand n now were back to the hunt story, it had rained over there like a flood, so my 4x4 n her tractor would not see any haulin duty if'en i got one. The vixens hackles raise n i hear her give a low deep in the chest growl, there they were 3 of them. 1st was a 7 pt, 2nd were a 10 pt n 3rd was an 8 pt. They jus moseyed on over close to us n i jus watched n waited. I had a good bit of limbs n brush between us n i saw a small hole as the 10 pt got about 16 yds from me. I put the red dot on him about top of heart n squeezed off the shot. The 10 pt ran out est 50 yds n piled up n laid there. The other 2 Bucks didn't do nary nutten but raise their heads up n look. I waited 15 min lower my Vixen down n the pack n climbed down. Walked over after callin to turn those furbabys out of the truck. Boy my Abby wid them long legs got there 1st n hit the blood trail. She was to him afore i could get my stuff n walk over to him. Arrow Diablo 18" total wt is 380 gr Bhead was 125gr Swhacker. I had to cut him in half to pack him out almost a 1/4 mile. Dang i am worn out n fixed to skin & start puttin in freezer to chill.
