Yes I'am quite proud. Picked my new Exocet Hardwoods with vari-zone scope, and right stuff package from the Post Office today. Everything looks great. Hope to get it out and shoot it this weekend . I want to say THANKS for all the help and great advice from all you guys. Your the best.
Congratulations!
I think you'll be pleased.
Remember, if you want to post neat pictures of arrows destroyed by robin-hooding just shoot multiple arrows at the same aiming point
One of first things I did was watch the tape. Very impressed with all the help. It put my mind at ease as far as putting my Exocet together. The one question I do have. Do I use blue locktite on all the screws, or just on the scope mount ?

tkstae, the tape should have told ya where you need blue locktite..... I MYSELF only use a little on the scope mount rail. After shooting a while 25 shots or so I check all my bolts and screws. If I find any that seem to keep working lose I will use a dab. I do not use it if not NEEDED. Just the way I do it, I worry more about one rusting up and not being able to remove it.
Wish I had a way to send pictures. I'am wearing an awfull big grin today. I'll have to figure out something for the upcoming season. Just picked up a crossbow target called the Block. Made for crossbows. Sure hope its a good one, costs enough 68.00US
Tkstae: Congrats on your purchase, Im sure you will be very happy. I bet you never thought you'd buy such a crossbow that was made in Canada, eh!
Regards,
Doug
Excalibur couldn't be a better Ambassador for you guys in Canada. It's not often that the product you put your hard money down on exceeds your expectations. So far Excalibur does that very thing. I haven't had a chance to fire it yet, but it the quality is there. No doubt about it.
