nearly lost eye site in eye

Post by chessy »

Just came back from the hospital and doc says lucky I still can see, got poked in the eye last night goose hunting with a pine branch I was very close to the cornea I have severe bleeding in my left eye. She took out the piece that was left in my eye. I am on anti biotic eye drops for 10 days. No lifting for 7 days.... I am going out today to buy glasses I always thought people looked like nerds warding them in the bush, well imp going to be one of them nerds from now on. When I woke this morning and seen all the blood in my eye I ----- my pants...it was a deep puncture ... I guess this was my wake up call ... I think every one should ware glasses now  I don’t think I have seen this thread on the message board before that is a reason I am posting it
