string help

i have an excalibur string that the loops on the end came undone. the string is new and i would like to use it but i don't know how to tie the loops back into the end of the string. do any of you know how and if so could i mail you my string and pay the return postage ? thank's, dave wasserman

Send the string back to Dan Miller or to Bill T at Excalibur and they should replace it for you with a new string. they replaced a string for me that was an inch shorter than my others. Phone Excalibur 1 800 463 1817 to see where to send it to, them or Dan. Last thing you want is the string to let go at an inopertune time.
