Hi, I'm new to the forum and crossbows I have a question about if you can take the insert out if the firebolts and put in a lighted nock ? And also how ? Can you just heat them up and pull out? Thanks I hope I posted this in the right place please let me know if I didn't.

I use a torch and heat up a field point i have tightened in my vice.I then carefully screw on to field point and slowly twist out the insert straight and very carefully .I have been doing it this way for over a decade.I just did it today for some zombie slayers......Good luck
