That'll leave a mark - warning graphic

Post by Species8472 »

Well at least it was not crossbow related this time. Outside play fighting with my Walker and he is always raring to go - sometimes just a tad too raring. Had him pretty wound up trying to recover his kong which was in my possession. He took a flying leap and tried to remove a portion of my ear on the way by.

The lobe was split wide. I put it back together and applied an ice compress and drove myself to the emerg. They crazy glued it back together but made a bit of a mess as they could not get the bleeding to stop.

7 or 8 days and should be good as new. Dog was happy as he won the kong war - until next time (might wear a helmet next time LOL).

Never violate a woman, nor harm a child. Do not lie, cheat or steal. These things are for lesser men. Protect the weak against the evil strong. And never allow thoughts of gain to lead you into the pursuit of evil.

I guess he doesn't fear the beard...:)
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

Man that is nasty. hope everything heals up well!

BTW: did the emerg insist on a physical exam and blood tests so the dog would not get sick?

From the net:
Species 8472's own somatic cells can become extremely virulent when in a foreign blood-stream, duplicating themselves rapidly. When Species 8472 wounds a victim, some of the former's cells are left in the wound. These stray cells multiply, spreading through the victim's entire body, consuming it from the inside out while the victim remains conscious.

Looks like you play with dogs like I do! rough and tumble with a lot of laughing and growling (me not the dog)

If the dog starts ordering crossbows and target shooting Call the vet!

I tried to explain this to the doctor but the EMH was offline so they didn't believe me. I even showed them pics of Harry Kim but still no luck. I gave up and headed back to fluidic space.
