Who shoots 3D shoots with a crossbow?

I do.
Two per year. Sometimes see other members from here at them. Very fun. Best to use a lighter poundage bow for those. Just because of shot count. Accuracy is the same.
Crossbows are a fixture here at most now.

About two years ago here in Pa. they allowed the Xbow at the Sulivan County Bow Fest. It just had its 60 anniversary. The funny thing is I only saw two guys with them this year while I was there.We have a long way to go here in Pa. for 3D shoots. There was place in NJ. Bangers Sport Shop they had a 3D shoot and they supported the Xbow, but they closed.

No luck in Iowa either! "Bow" hunters here don't even like the crossbow. I use one because I am handicapped. Even the I get "looks" go figure. I remember the same thing in the 60's when the first compound bow came out. I had one with "vinyl coated cable" what a pig. Heard all things shoot farther, to easy, unfair to game, etc. Nothing really changes except the clock it seems.

Bow Hunters of Alabama allow them. 330 fps and a scope of no more than 6x.

I'm pretty sure the ASA allows them too as this is where the BHA gets most of it's rules guidance (I think).

I haven't shot yet but I plan to this year, at least twice.

Most if not all 3D shoots here in Southern Ontario allow xbow, its getting to the point where there is almost as many xbow shooters as there is compound shooters.
You still sometimes get that old comment from the " seasoned " shooters but all is good !
Glad I finally made the switch to xbow for good.

....In the People's Republic of New Jersey...Crossbows and Crossbow Shooters are the enemy to all of the "real archers." Our bows are BAD,BAD,BAD on targets and they have no place in the REAL WORLD OF ARCHERY because crossbows are just so dangerous, shoot SOOOOOOOOOOOO fast and NEVER,EVER, EVER miss their appointed target!

....so that is why we are not allowed to shoot at 3D Shoots! This is what they tell me when I call and ask why crossbows are not allowed.

....and you wonder why I want to move to Pensytucky?
