I have not been at the show since the fallout a few years ago, when it was the Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show. I also know that their are some companies that have not been at the show since the fall out. Also the total number of people going to the show has dropped. With that said, the weekends are still the worst time to go to the show, with all the people.

You got that right! I have been going to it off and for 30 yrs. It is by far not the same. I have always gone on Mondays. Still crowded.

I have gone to the show for years as i live about 25 minutes from harrisburg . Honestly, unless you are looking to book a hunt, you can get better deals on equipment elsewhere. By the time you pay to get in and park, you are down 20 bucks or so not to mention the crowds.

know what you mean. go just about every year but not this year. gets to be a bit much.last 2 years went to look at booking an Alaskan hunt/fish combo and was very dissapointed as there werent many.lots to see but your feet will ache after walking all that concrete floor thats for sure.i may go every few years instead.just the wait getting in the front door is ridiculous too.wish they had a faster system cause you freeze your butt off waiting.nice to see new gear but no real bargains.

Cost to go to show is big turnoff but lots still go..

They need to open their eyes and see what is happening..When things were cheap to get in even a bad day of weather place was packed ...
