Got my PBD

Post by GaryL »

Point Blanc Delux today 10-05-04 and must say that GOLD rail will blind ya!! My stringer and a extra string for the max was in there also. Now I can restring my Monster Max myself.

That completes my Excalibur collection except for the Excalibur on Wheels which I will be looking for after the first of the year...

After I figure how to put the PBD together a picture will be soon to follow

Thank you bj!

Now Gary 's going to spend half the day deciding which bow to take with him to hunt or shoot targets with. I've got 3 and the decision take an hour.

Pictures of my newest EXCALIBUR to the stable, For anyone looking for a starter crossbow for their young one this would sure fit the bill. I am going to scope it and try it as a stump and bushy tail shooter for now!

That's a nice looking crossbow GaryL! I think you must have every crossbow Excalibur makes? This must make you the number 1 Excalibur collector! 8)

one of Mark's wooden stock would look dandy on that bow.
I think I have seen one of those stocks on a point blank.

Gary, I think Jim C has all sorts of accesseries for your PB as he shoots competively with his PB. From one of Jim's posts
JimC wrote
my main point blanc- the one I have won the last three Ohio Indoors, Dayton Invitationals and the Wittenberg Open with

1) a sureloc challenger site with a check it extension on a dan miller mount

2) a flemish twist dacron string

3) a Cartel adjustable V-Bar mount attached to the stabilizer mount that comes with the deluxe model. To that is attached a 12 inch stablizer-the one that came with the bow, and Two LAS counterbalances.

4) an AusBow (Australia) palm rest and adjustable cheekpiece

5) a LAS sight pin

6) an excalbur level

7) A CIncinnati Junior Olympians decal

pictures of this bow were in last june's edition of crossbow connections and the TNC newsletter as well

my hunting vixen

an excalibur mount and scope

a Kwickee Quiver

a flemish twist dacron string
nothing else He uses a lot of stuff from Ausbow..
