Has anyone found any bolts that have a better head with the same shoulder length.

Yes, one of our members "Racking up points" worked diligently with ti64, a custom titanium hardware manufacturer, to supply a lighter, stronger, and rust resistant full replacement titanium kit.
You can buy the (4) Air Brake Stap Bolts separate or as a whole Excalibur fastener replacement kit. The socket head is much improved over the factory hardware.
