a good afternoon

Post by darkhollowarcher »

had a great afternoon hunt took a nice doe (my first with a crossbow also my first time out with a crossbow) a 25 yd. shot, double lung, and about a 50 yd. recovery. the exocet ,laser II shaft and wasp boss bhds. all did there job. but one of the best parts of my evening hunt was watching a bobcat hunting just 20 yds. from the tree i was sitting in.

Congrats on your Deer. Haven't seen A Bobcat yet this season. Were thick with them down here in Missouri. So I see a few each season, alwas a special treat. Still waiting for my first deer with a crossbow.

Congrats of the doe. Tonight was my first night out. Saw lots of squirrel fights. No deer yet.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!
