You have my thoughts and prayers! I know it is rough, my wife had a massive stroke in 2004, but the Lord (with a lot of prayer and work from her) has gotten her back to about 85% of a full recovery. Just do not stop my friend, keep keeping on ... that is what the wife does despite me telling her to slow down. And honestly I can say, that I think her tenacity and faith in God (and yes constantly going like the Energizer Bunny has her doing as well as she is.

Will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully you will be 100% again before long.

Great to hear you are home. My mom had a massive heart attack week ago Monday. She hopes to come home today. Can't say enough about the folks at St marrys hospital in Kitchener waterloo .and all the good folks that sent prays.

Thanks to VixChix and Tim for the parking pass..other sure helped out.

UPDATE........"Had Dr appointment yesterday. Not good news Heart is not doing well It's working at bare minimum. That's why I'm tired and no stamina and can't do much. without being exhausted. Dr said I could very likely have another stroke at any time. Need to see Cardiac specialist so waiting on opening in Ashland Do not want to, will not go to Duluth unless absolutely necessary. Got meds to help for now. No more smoking cigars, no more brandy, no strenuous activity at all, no stressful situations. Have to take blood pressure twice a day and email reading to Dr If it goes higher than 100 over 180 need to let her know immediately. It's a big life change for me. A bit scary but it is what it is".
