Question about Dr. Stirrup

Post by Predator55 »

Guys, I just added a stirrup to my griz cub and wondering if having a broadhead extend pass the guard is ok, other than it defeats the purpose of having the bh covered. For those of you who don't have one of these little beauties you should get one, they really do a great job of reducing the noise at the shot. Thanks!

if the broad head extended past the guard - try shorter bolts ? I'm sure it will have nothing to do with normal flight of the bolt -

There's no problem arrow flight-wise.

Only problem is that you cant stand your bow on end. If that doesn't affect you, you are good to go.

Thanks, I figured it wasn't an issue, just wanted to double check.
