for those who knew Bigtime (Ray Daughety)

Just saw on facebook where his wife Tina posted Ray passed away.
I'm sure some of the members remember Ray and his son Tyler.
NEW BERN - Alton Ray Daughety, 51, of New Bern, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017, at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Tina M. Daughety; son, Tyler Ray Daughety; and daughter, Brianna Lynn Daughety.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Monday, September 18, 2017, at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Sunday, September 17, 2017, at Cotten Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral service at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

Got the news last night, shocking to say the least. We still stayed in touch through Facebook. Only 51. Way too young...

I met Ray and Tyler and his Uncle Ellis a few years ago when they did a Texas hunt. I have kept up with him a little bit through the years, and he had messaged me two or three times recently when Hurricane Harvey was down on the coast to see that we were ok. He was a nice guy. I miss the Ray and Tyler hunting stories. RIP

Sad to hear this I talked to him a few times on how to put pictures on net he was over on Huntingnet years ago.. :cry:
