Just A Heads Up

Post by Onetimeonly x--> »

Sunday morning here in MI had a close friend before daylight have a bird of prey try to redecorate his forehead. Scared the sh*t out of him he said, never seen it or heard it until after he got whacked. I'm thinking a young owl by the looks of the talon marks? Hunters beware, game on...

Oh the close calls. Scary close a few times over the years, and you never know when.

I had something big try to land on me in the stand yesterday just as dusk. I was too busy making sure nobody saw my reaction to notice what it was. But it was big, made the swoosh noise with its wings. Tried to land twice lol.

I have had an owl do the same to me. I waved my arms and moved; didn't want to lose an eye.

I've had more problems with demon possessed squirrels. I swear I must put off of a pheromone that attracts them to my stand.
