Adding weight to a broadhead

Is there an easy way I could add washers or something else to a broad head to take it from 100 grains up to 150 grains. Has anyone ever tried anything like this. Thanks Bryan

what does your front insert weigh? maybe try changing your insert to something heavier

If you have a alluminum insert they are 30 grains or 40 max. You need a 80 or 90 grain brass insert that will put you where you wanna be. The washers only add a few grains your not gonna be able to get 50 outta them.

I know you want to continue to shoot your choice of broadhead,but try switching to a BoltCutter(150 grain)fixed head or maybe a BoltCutter Expandable head.I'm not sure of the weight on the expandable. Just a suggestion.

Why not just purchase 150 gr broadheads and save all the fussing around . If I wanted a Broadhead to weigh 150 gr I would buy a broadhead in that weight .

Adding brass inserts is very easy to do. Only takes a few minutes per arrow.
