moose ??

Would anyone have an answer to my ? How much waste is there on a moose after it's ready to butcher. I was told 50% is that correct? Also another ? Apparently meat looses 20% of moisture while it hangs is this also correct?

Guest I don't know as I do not hunt MOOSE, however I would think it about the same as deer. See post
