Post by dutchhunter »

I follow the link but cannot access warranty registration on my phone. I need to send back my dead zone scope it's fogging up bad on these cold mornings. Is there something I need to do different on my mobile to access the site.
Thanks.Dutch

I don't think it is a problem with the scope as you stated it is fogging up on cold days. My scopes do that like when I breath on the lens by mistake or take it from cold to warm it is called condensation . There is some stuff you can put on the lens to stop them from fogging up . I used to use it on my firearm scopes it came in a stick and you rubbed it on the lens . Think about it only fogs up on cold mornings no problem any other time so it has to do with the cold temps.

Depends if it is on the inside our out side of the scope, outside lens fogging is normal mother nature, inside the tube and you have lost your nitrogen and have a bad seal send it in if you are in the U.S. just call danney miller 740 483 2312 it is the best way to handle it .

The warranty program sometimes does not work properly with some cell phones depending on the type. If you're having problems please call us at 800-463-1817 and one of our service team can help you.
