Just how much muscle a deer has in relation to its size. No wonder they can jump as high as they do and run as fast as they can. I wish I had muscles like them. I mean if you cut me up you'd be lucky to find a piece big enough to make a steak out of! Maybe a sausage

but definately not a roast!
