Take down your Excalibur, travel, reassemble and enjoy experiencing no change in impact.
I have the repeated the same takedown procedure many times, even on planes and taken home the bacon after an accurate shot.

I've swapped micro risers 15-20 times in a night when testing various rail/ riser combos and never experienced any movement.
I have however seen a poi change when swapping a string. So leave the string on for travel if possible
