Picture Question

I would like to post a pic and I have a question. Why on some post do the pictures pop up and on others you have to follow a link

It just depends on how you want to post. same pics below., some dont want to take the time to put the pic in their post

Digger is right on, also some use sites that will not host a picture, some host sites just don't work, and in my case with SHEMPS pictures some could see them so could not. This is a browser problem and or security setting problem.

I would much rather place a picture in my post but I can’t find any instructions on how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
