All dialed in with the Magnus bullheads.

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

Re: Turkey time
After 20 yards the groups open up. I set the decoys out to 10 yards and wait for that up close and personal shot...

I cocked it around 20 times today. Surprisingly it's not that bad. I think the strength training is paying off... lol

Re: Turkey time
Good luck hunting, with that Magnus head looks like you will end up with diced turkey if you get a shot

Re: Turkey time
That's some good shooting. looks like the same set up that I am shooting . are you using the 125's or the 100's . the 100,s I can get a good group at 25 pluss and the 125's good to 15 or so . i'm like you and like to wait for that 10 yrd. shot . good luck on your hunt have fun.

Re: Turkey time
I'm using the 100grains. I'm going to try the 125's the blades are longer and more forgiving.. I tried them with my faster shooting Scorpyd. I couldn't get them to group with it. I think the faster bow isn't ideal for the magnus bullheads....

Re: Turkey time
you are correct, the slower the better for the big one. I had to go with a 5" off set feather and the spinning insert to get mine to fly out of my 335 micro. using carrots for targets makes it a lot of fun and you can see just how they work. have a good time hunting and good luck.
