I think this one is done! Cerakote Elite Sand E-150 just applied. Super slick coating, smooth as glass. Serving will tell the true story in due time. Great colour, matches the rubber grips really well. It has a very nice green hue to in when out of the light, you can see in the last picture as the Sun went behind the trees. Should blend well with all foliage. :thumbup:

Got the kids to bed just in time to catch the last light for a couple pics

I love it! That looks like the exact color I was going to use to hard anodize my Matrix 405. It has a very desert camo look. Great job.

Thanks guys!
I'm pretty confident in this finish, being the first time ive had Elite series applied.
He sprayed a piece of a steel barrel cutoff down with some left over product. In front of me yesterday, he smashed if together multiple times with an old knarled aluminum bolt knob and the finished showed no visible marks what so ever.
The rail is as smooth as glass. I have a couple new strings and I plan on doing a 50 shot comparison to see how the serving like the Elite Cerakote(as well as the little brute's overall attitude towards servings). I dont expect a result as good as polished anodized, but hopefully close.

Its pretty cool, seems to have a different colour in every light, but always matchs the stock camo pretty well.
