Strata Assassin
This one is hanging on a rack in Basspro somewhere in the states. Would be nice if Excalibur would add it to the home page bow listings and let us know what the MSRP is..
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

Argh! I love that camo. Its going to cost me a grand at least when a micro comes out dressed like that.

Re: Strata Assassin
That looks like I want one but I have 2 days beautiful girls hanging on the rack now ..maybe if they come out with a 380 ..I love my matrixs they are hard to part with
Re: Strata Assassin
....me thinks me will become just an Assassin guy....probably sell my BadaBing and buy a Strata....life will be simple....when the time comes for a string change...I will still have the other to shoot....now if I can only get my Scorpyd sighted in!

Re: Strata Assassin
I seen the Strata Assassin in my Basspro flyer as well as a new Matrix SMF 340 model also with Strata Camo.
The somewhat stripped down Strata Assassin is still way over my price range.
Oh well I'll keep shooting my little black ops Micro and be happy!!

Re: Strata Assassin
To each his own, but I’m not paying for an integrated crank system if I don’t need it. Now if there was a Micro 380 or 400, I could see the need for a crank but that model doesn’t exist and probably won’t for quite some time the way I see it.
If they could do away with the bulk on the Assassin, I’d think about it but the 340FPS ballpark with a 400gn arrow is not something to write home about so I’m out!

Re: Strata Assassin
Nice bow but, I'd like to see how the Assassin would preform after it was put through the same "destruction challenges" that were done on the other bows...

I’d seriously think it would NOT make it through those challenges!Onetimeonly x--> wrote: ↑Tue Jul 31, 2018 3:25 pmNice bow but, I'd like to see how the Assassin would preform after it was put through the same "destruction challenges" that were done on the other bows...

Re: Strata Assassin
Its still rope cockable. I would bet there would a lot of bent parts on the stock and the crank would probably not be happy. But as long as you could pull the string back, it would probably still fire.Onetimeonly x--> wrote: ↑Tue Jul 31, 2018 3:25 pmNice bow but, I'd like to see how the Assassin would preform after it was put through the same "destruction challenges" that were done on the other bows...
