I used the same arrow and broadhead that I got my moose with this year to nail a little 4pointer on friday and that arrow and broadhead are still good. Just sharpend her back up and she is ready for action again. Had him on the BBQ tonight he is mighty tasty.

I'm sure most will agree that the taste is affected by what the deer eats. Age will affect the tenderness. But I don't know for sure, personnally I have never had a tough piece of venision.
