Best bolt for Exocet?

Gary,

People say that feathers fly faster and are more accurate, but it appears that the 22 carbons with vanes fly faster thru the Exocet.. Whatta ya think

My honest opinion is no, feathers are lighter, will you see the difference between vanes and feathers...I doubt it innless you have a chronograph. The feathers are more forgiving then vanes but under normal conditions this would be seen with a v-bow more then with a xbow.

Vanes are better in wet weather as they do not have too be treated with a water proofer, although that is easy to do. With feathers you can get more offset then with vanes which would give you more spin thus more accrate on a longer shot (Maybe) The choice is really up to you the shooter...try them both and see what YOU like.
