Yes it is Mo. n who is baitin, you have to hunt off the feeder to be in violation. Now of course its legal to use a food plot, which to me is baitin if'en you hunt off of it. I must have tweaked yer nose, its ok. Maybe i should hunt off the backyard feeder n kill one of the good 8 pts

I am glad to hear that. I will tell the tick toters to abide by my poster that says tree rats allowed to feed only in the back yard. Yer correct baitin is illegal but feedin tree rats n snurkys is allowed. I have never shot one off the feeder, my Mrs. would disown me. Now i will shoot them out on the Bench as they cross the saddle on the ridge, its 150 yds away from the cabin n feeder
