I am a high-level quadriplegic of 10 years, and I want to make the change from modern firearm to archery. I have a couple of questions for the collective. Can the rail and trigger be removed together, without the stock of the Excalibur line (Personally, I am impressed with the EXOMAX?

The reason I ask is because my shooting rig is based on the "Converted Crossbow" (http://www.visi.com/%7Ebluff/crossbow/gallery.htm ) by Owen Orthmann. He suggests using a TenPoint compound because the trigger and rail can be removed together, without the stock.

It has been my experience, over the past ten years, that equipment with the least amount of moving parts tends to be the most reliable and effective; that is why I would like to go with the Excalibur line.

Any questions, comments, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes FlyingAce the rail and trigger can be removed as a unit... any questions on a set up could be e-mailed too Bill T. and he would get back at you with any help you might need in setting up a Excalibur. Excalibur is one GREAT Company..
